We are an independent care provider that responds to the needs of our services users 365 days a year. As a Homecare provider, we at Yes Care take pride in our work and have huge respect for our carers and the work they do. We are passionate about supporting people so they can remain as independent as possible.
At some point in all of our lives, we may find ourselves experiencing difficulties that leave us unable to perform the basic tasks we take for granted every day. If that happens, you might decide that you need to get some help in the form of home care. Yes Care Services are a provider of home care services and have been providing care and support throughout Merseyside for more than 25 years.
Home care can be sourced either through & with the support of your local authority or purchased and arranged privately. Whichever way you choose, it provides the opportunity to remain independent in the comfort of your own home and is designed to specifically meet your needs.
We will endeavour to provide you with a service that is of the highest quality. Your service will be designed to meet your individual needs and promote and support your rights, choices, independence and quality of life.
Mission Statement
We aim to provide services which safeguard and promote health, welfare and quality of life to vulnerable adults in their own homes. Yes Care Services aims to provide a best in class home care experience. To do this we:
- Offer person centred care and support in ways which have positive outcomes for service users and promote active participation.
- Support the rights, choices, independence and quality of life for our service users.
- We are whole heartedly committed to providing top quality services and continuous improvements in the level of care and support we offer, through effective measurement, review and subsequent implementation.
- We employ a quality workforce and strive to provide a quality service to all our service users. All our care workers go through a comprehensive recruitment and training process to be able to provide the best quality care.
Medication
We are CQC regulated and are able to support you with ordering, collecting & taking your medication if you are unable to do so. We want to help you maintain your independence for as long as possible!
Palliative Care
Our palliative care service can be put in place quickly and is always tailored to each customer’s needs considering their symptoms, psychological wellbeing, social requirements or spiritual needs.
Overnight services
if you need the security of having someone with you overnight, we can provide a trained care worker for either a sleep-in shift, or a waking night depending upon your individual needs.
Emotional support
Providing companionship, promotion of well-being and self-confidence. We’re here if you just want someone to talk to over a coffee, offload the worries of the week or put the world to rights.
Risk assessment & recommendation of adaptations
All our staff are fully trained, and we can help you to access equipment and aids designed to maintain your independence.
Support in accessing the community
A perfect opportunity to get out and about and meet new people. Your support worker will accompany you on your choice of social activities – anything from clubs and coffee mornings to swimming and horse riding. We do it all!
Domestic support
We help you with aspects of everyday life such as washing, cleaning, ironing, bed making, or whatever support you need around the home. If you need to go to the shops to buy those all-important items, we’ll go with you and give you a hand. Alternatively, we can do your shopping for you or even help you shop online.
Personal Care
Delivered with dignity & discretion always, we can offer you support on a short- or long-term basis with bathing, washing, toilet and continence care.
