Before I had care staff attending to my dad, I had no relationship with him we couldn’t spend quality time together as father and daughter as I was main carer. I have no got my relationship back with my dad and the care staff are perfect, they allow me to spend quality time with him outside a caring role.

The reason for this email was to say thank-you to all of your team that provided care for our Mum.. both my wife and I were impressed with the empathy care and punctuality of all of your staff.  Some were very young but nothing was too much trouble and although my Mum didn’t need very much what she did need was well provided for.
